Q: How long will my fundraiser run for?

A: This is up to your organisation but we recommend 3-4 weeks to get the best results out of your fundraiser. Once the fundraiser reaches the finish date (set by you) and funds collected are transferred to our bank account we can process your wine order for delivery.

 

Q: How do our supporters pay for the wine they want to purchase?

A: You will need to have a bank account set aside for the sole purpose of receiving payments for your wine fundraiser. This is necessary in order to comply with Liquor Laws so can not be used for any other purpose for the duration of your fundraiser.


Q: Is there a minimum amount of wine we need to order to get our sponsorship money paid out?

A: We like our fundraisers to order a minimum of 10 dozen, however we understand everyone will do their best to sell as much as they can to help their cause.

 

Q: Do our supporters have to purchase by the case?

A: No. They can purchase by the bottle and mix and match to suit their tastes.


Q: How much does the wine cost?

A: Most of our wines sell for between $11.00 and $16.00.

 

Q: Can I promote my fundraiser on Social Media?

A: We ask that you keep the promotion of your fundraiser off social media as the promotion of alcohol on these platforms is prohibited.


Q: Do I have to pay for the wine to be delivered?

A: No. We will dispatch the wine to your chosen delivery address free of charge.


Q: How will the wine be delivered at the end of the fundraiser?

A: The wine ordered will be processed as one bulk order and dispatched on a shrink wrapped pallet. Please make sure the delivery address you have chosen has easy access for the freight company to drop off your wine. We can only do ONE delivery per fundraiser, this includes no split orders to different destinations.


Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Usually 3-6 days, however it can take up to 10 working days depending where in New Zealand you are. Please allow for extra time during busy periods.


Q: How will our sponsorship money be paid out?

A: At the end of your fundraiser we will transfer your sponsorship money to your chosen bank account once delivery has been made. You will need to email a copy of a deposit slip or legal document showing the bank details of your chosen bank account. This must have a name and number of the account to prove we are transferring the money to the correct person or organisation.
